Born February 8, in Glendora, California Scott Wood has been cracking audiences up since going full time with his comedy in 1989. This veteran performer has had some incredible career highlights over the past twenty years doing Stand-up on the stage and on television. Scott has won every comedy contest he's entered, and was named Stand-up comedy champion after winning the Improv comedy clubs talent search for funniest comedian. Scott has studied and performed with top improv troupes such as the Groundings, Comedy Sportz and Second City. Scott's list of corporate credits include Toys R Us, Disney, Home Depot, Toyota, McDonald's, Pepsi and hundreds more. Scott has appeared on several television programs and was featured on World News Tonight with Peter Jennings spotlighting his "Clean" comedy.
Scott has four "Live" comedy releases which have earned him the seal of approval award from the Dove foundation for family entertainment. Steve Allen was one of the founding members. Scott has also written jokes for Jay Leno and Joan Rivers as well as being featured in Readers Digest in their top fifty funniest One-liners of all time along side the likes of Woody Allen, Jerry Seinfeld and Robin Williams. Scott lives in southern California with his beautiful wife Yoney and their two children Amelia and Jaden.
